You retain full ownership of all audio you upload, as well as any outputs created with your guidance. Ethical Audio does not claim ownership of your music, analysis results, or any derivative outputs.

2. License to Use Outputs

By using Ethical Audio, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the outputs for personal, creative, or commercial purposes, in accordance with your intentions.

3. Limitations

You may not represent outputs as created independently by Ethical Audio or any other entity.
You may not redistribute outputs in ways that infringe on the rights of others.
Outputs are provided as-is; Ethical Audio is not responsible for accuracy, suitability, or compatibility with your projects.

4. Ethical Use

You agree to use the outputs responsibly and ethically. Do not use them to misrepresent, defraud, or harm others, or to infringe on intellectual property that is not your own.

5. No Implied Rights

This Agreement does not grant you rights to Ethical Audio’s software, underlying algorithms, or intellectual property. You may only use the outputs generated for your intended creative purposes.

6. Updates and Modifications

Ethical Audio may update, modify, or improve outputs or services. You retain rights to previous outputs you have downloaded or exported, under the terms of this Agreement.
